Chapter 7 - Liquidation Bankruptcy
In a bankruptcy proceeding, creditors are notified by the Bankruptcy Law upon the debtor's filing of his petition. Creditors have the right to appear and object to the debtor's petition and ultimate discharge. Some grounds for the creditor to object to the debtor's discharge include [LIST THEM]. Upon a successful objection, the debtor would be denied a discharge, and the collection and distribution of the debtor's assets would proceed.
